More than 25 people took part in the Halloween workshop on Sunday 30th October. It was funded by the Big Lottery Local Food and Sustainability Outreach Programme. In the morning, participants made lanterns using the usual cutting tool and lino cutters for different effects. In the afternoon, we iced and decorated Halloween cakes and biscuits. For lunch, we had a pumpkin meal consisting of pumpkin soup, savoury pumpkin pie and pumpkin cake.
